Nathan Coats, PT, DPT
Nathan received his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Physical Wellness from Tennessee Technological University where he met his wife Jennifer. They were both very active in the Servants of Christ Christian student ministry where they enjoyed participating in Intramurals. Nathan worked his way through college by working as a mover, electricians apprentice, and life guard. He and his wife went on to obtain their Doctorate in Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University. Nathan was elected into a leadership position while at ETSU where he served his class as the Social Chair and implemented multiple events that became annual events as well as establishing the Students Honors Committee. Now, Jennifer is currently working in Cookeville while Nathan is really enjoying working here at The Physical Medicine Center of the Cumberlands. When Nathan isn’t working he still enjoys playing any sport he can, participating in church events, wearing fun socks and walking his dog Pumba.
